Yes, they are specially addressed directly from the North Pole!


I'm requesting a letter for several children. Will they all be personally made to each child?

Yes! You have the option to purchase several letters. Each letter will be customized for each child you have by: Their Name, Home Town, and Friend's Name


When will my child receive their letter?

Letters are mailed out within 24-72 hours after an order has been placed.


What discounts are available for ordering multiple letters?


Each additional letter receives a 25% discount!


Are there specialized rates and discounts for large groups available?

Yes! Santa gives special discounts for schools, churches, and all other types of groups. Please email Santa's helpers at Support@SpecialLetterFromSanta.com to inquire about these rates.

How do I confirm my Package from Santa?

Once you’ve completed the ordering process, the last page will be a thank page which contains that you have made an order. Santa’s helpers will also send you a confirmation email, which contains an auto generated password to access the Client Area to preview your order details.

YES! We now ship to Canada & United Kingdom! We currently ship within the Continental US AND Canada. We stop taking international orders on December 8th to ensure delivery before December 25th.
